Common questions
How do I cancel my booking?
Open My Bookings, choose the booking and tap Cancel Booking. It is free within 1 minute of booking; after that a fee of up to ₹199 applies. The fee is shown before you confirm.
When will I get my refund?
Online payments are refunded automatically to the same UPI, card or bank, usually within 5–7 working days. If the bank refund fails, the money goes to your BUBA wallet at once.
Can I change the time of my booking?
Cancel the booking (free within 1 minute) and book a new slot. If the free window has passed, contact us with your booking number.
How do I delete my account or data?
Send us a message with the topic "My account or personal data" from the email on your account, and we will take care of it.
